A Little About the Project

Construction of the Noodle Hole in Marshall, NC was completed just two weeks before Tropical Storm Helene devastated western NC and much of the east coast. While the building survived, the entire interior had to be completely redone. The polished and stained concrete floor provides durability for this small busy restaurant that offers donuts by day and hand pulled noodle bowls by night. The rebuilt  custom-built bar was made out of walnut and maple. The customer was able to pull out the antique diner stools before the storm, so we were able to reinstall them for the bar seating. The back side of the bar where the magic happens. The custom walnut mirror and maple bar installed on the back wall provides additional seating for customers.
